Returns & Exchanges
If you have purchased a product from our website and are not satisfied, you may return the product(s) for a full refund (less shipping) within 30 days of delivery and with proof of purchase. FINAL Sale items such as: seconds, gently used, and clearance; are not eligible for return.
In order to be eligible for return or exchange products must be:
- With original tags
- In original packaging
- Postmarked within 30 days of delivery
- Purchased from our website--items purchased on buy, sell, trades are not covered.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is being made due to an error on our end. We are not responsible for returned items that we do not receive. We recommend you use a carrier that offers tracking. Returns are processed as a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or as an exchange.
If a return is received and the products appear to have been used and washed, these will be processed as a 15 Day Wash so long as they fall within the 15 day window. If they do not fall within the window, you will be responsible for return postage to send the product(s) back to you. If no return postage has been paid after 1 week, your product(s) will be donated.
If you received the items as a gift, and can provide proof of purchase--these products can be returned for an exchange or store credit, no monetary refund will be given unless requested by the original purchaser and then will be issued to the original payment method.
If an entire order is returned, any free gift in the order must be returned in new condition, or the retail value of the promotional item will be deducted from the return amount.
15 Day Wash Policy
- Applies to all Nicki's Diapers, Imagine Baby Products, Best Bottom Diapers, and My Swim Baby. Products include cloth diapers, training pants, and diaper covers.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for return packages we do not receive. We recommend you get delivery confirmation and/or insure your package so it can be tracked.
- Used returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All used returns MUST be clean and free of odors, pet hair, smoke, dirt, rips, tears, and stains.
- You will receive STORE CREDIT ONLY for returns made under the 15 Day Wash™ Program.
- Store credit will be for the purchase price (we do not reimburse for original shipping costs).
- If a 15 Day Wash product is returned dirty, damp, damaged, soiled or missing items, your 15 Day Wash will be denied. You will be responsible for return postage to send the product(s) back to you. If no return postage has been paid after 1 week, your product(s) will be donated.
- Usually returns are handled within a couple of days of us receiving them, but please do allow up to 2 weeks for processing.
15 Day Wash™ does NOT apply to sale, used, or third party brands. It DOES apply to Nicki's Diapers, Imagine Baby Products, and Best Bottom.
We stand behind the quality of our products, however, we know that occasionally defects occur. We guarantee our products against workmanship or material defects for 60 days from delivery date with proof of purchase. These items must make their way to us: clean, dry, and odor free. We will cover the shipping costs on all warranty claims. All approved warranty claims will be resolved with either an exchange or store credit--no monetary refunds will be issued.
This warranty covers:
- Snap Issues
- Other sewing defects
- Holes discovered upon arrival
- Irregular Shrinkage or deformity
- Cracks in PUL
- Nicki’s Diapers, Imagine Baby, Best Bottom, Oh Lily!, and Planet Wise products.
Our warranty does NOT cover:
- General wear and tear
- Issues that develop due to improper wash--per our washing instructions (link those)
- 3rd Party Manufacturer products (please contact the manufacturer)
- Products purchased from buy, sell, trade sites or previously loved items.
