I have cloth diapered 3 children and tried many different styles of diapers and covers. These are a great value. Not an ideal cover for tiny newborns with skinny legs but once baby hits about 10 lbs these are great. Crossover snaps and adjustable rise make for a very versatile fit,the gussets do a great job at containing the mess that sometimes escapes the inner diaper, the colors are vibrant and patterns are cute. I've used these over prefolds, flats and fitteds and am pleased with how they perform. I've replaced all of my other covers with the exception of a few Rumparooz with these covers. I would highly recommend theses covers, the price is right, the quality is excellent and they fit well through all but the tiny newborn stage.
I bought these diaper covers for my 39 pound 20 month old heavy wetter. Big guy is super active and was getting some sores on his thighs from prefolds under wool and thirsties covers. These covers accommodate his size and the bulk necessary to keep him dry. The little pockets fore and aft keep the prefold locked in place and we have had no rubbing issues even with sir running around the house for hours at a time and vertical climbing anything that holds still. I will be buying more.
I really like these diaper covers! They don't leak easily and are easy to adjust the size of. They seem to be very durable and have great colors and prints.
I was so excited to get my covers in the mail! These are great quality covers for a great cause and a great price...just be aware they are larger than most diapers and may not fit small babies well. They do not fit the same as the Nicki's AIO or pocket diapers do. My 11-month-old son is on the middle rise setting on all his diapers, regardless of brand, but I had to size the Nicki's covers down to the smallest setting.
These are awesome with my Flip stay-dry inserts. They tuck nicely into the flaps and so far, no leaks. I mainly bought them because they are so much cuter than my boring solid-colored Flips and I needed a few extra anyhow. These do seem to be cut larger than many other covers (larger than Flips for example). My son is 7 months, 20 pounds and we could almost use the smallest rise setting on this cover. Only negatives are that sometimes I have a bit of a hard time getting a proper fit around his legs without gapping (almost like there needs to be 4 sets of snaps or something, my son seems to be in between rows 2 and 3 right now). Personally don't think double-leg gussets are necessary, they just add a bit of bulk and I never have leaks with the single-gusset type if they're snapped snugly. All in all, though, great diaper at a great price, and no leaks so far. Good investment for me since it runs big - I think it will still fit him well into ***** training.
