We stand behind the quality of our products, however, we know that occasionally defects occur. We guarantee our products against workmanship or material defects for 60 days from delivery date with proof of purchase. These items must make their way to us: clean, dry, and odor free. We will cover the shipping costs on all warranty claims. All approved warranty claims will be resolved with either an exchange or store credit--no monetary refunds will be issued.
Any alterations made to the product (i.e dying, changing snaps, embroidering, etc) will void the warranty. If you feel that you have received a defective product we encourage you to fill out a return request.
