*Size/weight suggestions are approximate.

Fabric

Stay Dry inserts are designed to keep your baby dry all day long. They are made from four layers of microfiber topped with a layer of no-pill fleece.

The insert’s top no-pill fleece layer quickly pulls in the moisture and wicks it away from your baby’s bum, while the thirsty layers of microfiber underneath act quickly to absorb it.

Best Bottom Stay Dry Inserts offer our Regular Absorbency, which is enough absorbency for most babies. These inserts are great for cloth diapering on a budget, as they're the most economical option.

Preparing for Use

It’s always recommended to wash any new cloth diaper products before use, to remove any dust from manufacturing and shipping.

You can simply throw your new products in a wash cycle with your normal laundry or other diaper laundry.

We recommend you do not use fabric softener or bleach on any cloth diaper products.

How to Use

Best Bottom Inserts are very quick and easy to use. Simply snap both ends into your favorite Best Bottom diaper and you’re good to go!

Wash and Care

  Washing Your Inserts:

1) Remove solids: Knock solids into toilet, Dunk n’ Swish, use a diaper sprayer, or diaper liner to help.

2) Remove insert from the diaper before washing.

3) Run a rinse cycle on cold.

4) Run a full cycle wash on warm/hot with additive-free detergent. We recommend the use of Tide detergent. Do not use detergents with added softeners or stain removers.

5) For best results, run one more rinse cycle on warm/cold.

6) Line dry or tumble dry or on low/medium.

Care For Your Inserts:

Fabric softeners and rash creams can ruin the effectiveness of the absorbency. We recommend you do not use them. If you need to use a rash cream, we recommend the use of a liner along with cloth diaper-friendly products.

Dirty diapers and inserts should not go unwashed longer than 2-3 days for risk of staining.

Nicki’s Recommendation

We recommend having at least 6-10 inserts per day or three per Best Bottom All in Two Diaper, but quantity may vary per child and their age.

Best Bottom inserts are designed to be used in all styles of Best Bottom diapers. However, the XL insert will only fit in the Best Bottom Bigger All In Two Diaper Cover on the largest rise setting.

Although Best Bottom Inserts can be compatible with other brands, they fit best with Best Bottom diapers.

    Impressed

I bought large stay dry inserts not knowing what to expect. I am very much impressed! Easy to prep, and despite how trim they are, they hold quite a bit. Definitely buying more!

The stay dry are so soft and absorbent! We started out using them with a flour sack towel overnight, which lasts us all night. Now I've invested in the entire Best Bottom system to add to our stash.

Love, love, love these!!! They hold so much and keep my little one dry. We were having leeks with the last inserts and diaper covers we were using. Now the liquid stays were it is supposed to be.

    My Favorite!

I've had so many different types of diapers ranging from flats/prefolds to hybrid systems and the Best Bottom diapers are my favorite!! I use the stay dry inserts during the day; they are super absorbent and I was amazed at how dry they kept baby's bum. I also use the hemp inserts with a doubler for night time (baby is a heavy wetter) and baby sleeps soundly through the night with no leaks! I'm one happy mama!
