RETURN POLICY

• You may return or receive credit for any unwashed, unused, and in original packaging (if applicable) items within 30 days of original purchase date for a full refund (less shipping).  Please include a printed receipt from your email and let us know what you would like us to do (refund or credit).  If free shipping was applied to the order, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the purchase price.  We have decided to discontinue offering exchanges since with a credit you can place a new order for what you would like and this will speed up shipping time.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.  Please send returns to:

CHANGING/ADDING TO EXISTING ORDER

• Nicki's Diapers ships very quickly so changes or additions to an existing order are no longer possible.  Please refer to our return policy for items ordered in error. 
• If you would like to order additional items, please place another order online.  We will do our very best to combine the two orders and ship them together.

SALES TAX

• There is NO sales tax on cloth diapers!  However, there is a 5.5% sales tax on all cloth diaper accessories to Wisconsin residents.
